Waterfalls and Lakes are Part of the Canadian Rockies’ legendary beauty
This pure glacial lake with its surrounding high peaks will always make me appreciate our natural wonders. In fact, Lake Louise is a treasure that is recognized by UNESCO. On this particular day, while relaxing in front of the lake, I was observing the wow effect and attractiveness of the scenery while being joined by visitors from around the world.
The wow effect is almost everywhere you go in the Canadian Rockies, but it’s extremely prevalent when you raft the Sunwapta River in Jasper, Alberta. Not only is the scenery breathtaking, but thrilling to all senses.
If you’re in the mood for more water-related sightseeing, the Maligne Valley Tour or see the Athabasca Falls in Jasper. These tours require walking but like I’ve said before, there’s no better way to discover the Canadian Rockies than on foot.
